These terms apply to your use of englishspeakingjobs.de ("the site"), run by Mussie Haile, Guiding-Ventures. The site is free and has no accounts.

The site lists jobs in Germany whose postings are written in English, and publishes salary and regional statistics and guides. We list a job only if we have permission: the employer connected its job board and accepted the terms on the connection page, or the job comes from a feed whose terms allow it. Jobicy is the only such feed, and those listings credit Jobicy and link to its job pages.

• No guarantee: we do not guarantee that listings are accurate, complete or still open. Software can misread a posting, so check the posting itself.
• External links: links to a posting take you to another website. We are not responsible for its content, privacy practices or hiring process.
• Applications: you apply on the employer's website. We receive nothing from you and we are not involved in hiring decisions.

To report an illegal or misleading listing, email [email protected] with the link and the reason.

You agree not to use the site for anything illegal, not to attack or overload it, and not to copy it in bulk by automated means without our permission.

The site's design and our own text belong to Guiding-Ventures and are protected by copyright. Statistics come from the sources named on the data sources page under their own licences. Employer names and postings belong to the employers.

We are liable without limit for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of an essential duty, limited to foreseeable, typical damage. Otherwise our liability is excluded.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live remain unaffected. If you are a merchant, the courts of Berlin, Germany have exclusive jurisdiction.
